Nora Cornwell

Hello, my name is Nora, and I’m a 15-year-old artist from Sedgewick.
Growing up surrounded by the local landscapes has been a constant
source of inspiration for my work. I began experimenting with charcoal
a couple of years ago, and over the past year I’ve focused more on oil
painting. I enjoy creating both landscapes and portraits, and I’m
always exploring new ideas to help me grow and develop as an artist.

I’ve been fortunate to learn under the guidance of my art teacher,
Naomi Grindlay, whose support has helped me strengthen my skills and
find direction in my art. I would describe myself as focused and
thoughtful, and I have aspirations for where I want to take my work.
My goal is to continue developing my art and sharing it with others,
and one day I hope to travel to new places around the world, painting
the landscapes I discover along the way.
